Trip to Tennessee
In mid-August, we took a trip with Noelle's brother and his girlfriend to Gatlinburg, Tenn. We rented a cabin in the Smokey Mountains and spent a few days relaxing. I took this as the perfect time to propose to Noelle. I surprised her with breakfast in bed and the ring on the plate. She was extremely surprised and very excited.
During the trip, Noelle and I went Zip-lining. Zip-lining consists of a pulley on a steel cable set on an incline and using gravity to ride down the cable. There were a total of 7 zip-lines on this course, each ranging from 20 to 250 feet above the ground and 500-1700 feet long. It was very fun and we both had a great time.

During the drive down to Gatlinburg, we had to travel through 2 tunnels through West Virginia. Having traveled through the tunnels many times, I enjoy turning on the radio and listening to the reception fade out in the tunnel. Noelle, however, was not too fond of the tunnels :( Here is my favorite tunnel, Big Walker.
